Lynn Craver, Lead Teacher Lynn has been a lead teacher within our organization for 7 years. She is beginning her fourth year in the CNS classroom. Previously, Lynn was the head teacher at The Nest, where she began at its inception in 2004. She has worked in the early childhood education field for 16 years as a toddler teacher’s assistant and an infant teacher at IC3 and as a preschool music teacher and toddler teacher at Washington Market School in Manhattan. Lynn holds a bachelor of music degree in vocal performance from Ithaca College and has a child development associate’s certificate. She brings her beautiful voice and musical talents into our classroom each and everyday. |

Flo Scaglione, Assistant Teacher "Mrs. S" has been with CNS for over twenty years. She has a gentle and loving touch with our children and has been the consistent thread holding together and nurturing Community Nursery School throughout the years. Mrs. S brings years of wisdom to our program, but also thoroughly enjoys training to inspire new ideas. |

Lauren Frederick, Assistant Teacher This is Lauren’s third year at CNS. She is a graduate of Ithaca College and taught at the Roosevelt Children Center in Newark, NY for two years prior to coming to CNS. Lauren has a calm mannerism and a willingness to find what makes each child comfortable and able to thrive in the classroom. |
